RETURNS POLICY

At Gillman & Co, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t
quite right, we’re here to help with a simple and fair returns process.

1. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 14 days of order
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required

Return Options:
- Store Credit (preferred option)
- Exchange for another item (subject to availability)
- Refund

2. FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we sincerely apologise.
You are entitled to:

- A full refund, or
- A replacement (if available), or
- A store credit, depending on your preference

To process this, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your
order with:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the fault

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalised or custom-made products

4. RETURNS PROCESS
To initiate a return:
1. Email us here with your order number and reason for
return
2. Wait for return approval and instructions
3. Carefully package your item in original packaging
4. Send your return to the provided address

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Gillman & Co is not
responsible for lost returns.

5. PROCESSING TIMES
- Returns are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your item
- You will be notified via email once your return has been completed
- Store credits will be issued as a digital code

6. EXCHANGES
If you’d like to exchange an item:
- Follow the returns process above
- Indicate your preferred replacement item in your email
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability

If your requested item is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
